Pneumatic clamping fittings are designed to provide high-performance clamping solutions in industrial applications. With their dual-cylinder design, they generate higher force compared to single-cylinder models and can be effectively used even in confined spaces.

Installation and Usage Instructions

  • Clamping Point: The clamping lever must be mounted coaxially aligned with the piston rod. The allowable angular misalignment is ±3°.
  • Eccentric Loads: When using eccentric-shaped levers, ensure that the eccentricity limits are not exceeded. Otherwise, the mechanism may be damaged.
  • Air Port Connections: Options include manifold tubing or G-port connection. Use of O-rings is mandatory for G-port connections.

Optional Features

  • Speed Controller: Allows precise adjustment of clamping and release speeds.
  • One-Touch Fittings: One-touch fittings compatible with G-port connections are available.
