FLC – Flat Lever Clamp

Flat Lever Clamp

Flat Lever Clamp is a double-acting hydraulic clamping component. Thanks to its Advanced Connection System, the position of the clamping lever can be monitored pneumatically. It operates at a maximum working pressure of 120 bar and features integrated position monitoring. The flat clamping lever allows operation just a few millimeters away from the workpiece, providing a significant advantage in applications requiring high precision.

How Does the Flat Lever Clamp Work?

When hydraulic pressure is applied, the piston moves and pushes the connected lever downward to clamp the workpiece. Thanks to its double-acting design, the retraction process is also performed hydraulically, enabling a fast and controlled clamping and release cycle.

Where Is the Flat Lever Clamp Used?

This product is especially preferred in the following applications:

  • Fixtures requiring multi-point clamping of workpieces
  • Rotary table applications on horizontal and vertical machining centers
  • Assembly lines with time- and cycle-controlled clamping operations
  • Fixtures with limited installation space
