Y Shape Cnc Tombstones

Y tombstones are perfectly suited for three-sided machining operations while maintaining excellent tool clearance, making them ideal for complex, multi-face setups. Depending on your specific application, the corner surfaces can also be utilized for mounting additional components, maximizing workholding capacity. If a smooth, featureless surface is not required, our Y tombstones are available with a range of grid configurations, including the industry-standard 2″ grid, T-slots, or fully customized layouts.

Compatible with both 1/2″ and 5/8″ systems, offering grid holes, precision bushings, and threaded inserts for flexible fixturing
Hardened, threaded inserts enable secure clamping at every hole location and can be quickly replaced when needed, ensuring long-term reliability
High-precision, heat-treated bushings are accurately positioned to provide repeatable part alignment and superior resistance to wear
Replacement kits for bushings and inserts, along with a dedicated extraction tool, are available upon request to support easy maintenance and extended service life
