Risers Cnc Tombstones

Risers are engineered to elevate the workpiece above the machine table, enabling efficient four-sided machining operations. Each riser is custom-designed to meet the specific requirements of your application, ensuring optimal setup and performance. They are particularly effective for accommodating spindle clearance constraints. When a smooth, featureless console surface is not preferred, our cube tombstones can be equipped with versatile grid systems, including the industry-standard 2″ grid, T-slots, or fully customized configurations.

Compatible with both 1/2″ and 5/8″ systems, offering grid holes, precision bushings, and threaded inserts for flexible workholding
Hardened threaded inserts provide secure clamping at every hole location and can be easily replaced when worn, minimizing downtime
High-precision, heat-treated bushings are precisely positioned to ensure accurate, repeatable part alignment and excellent resistance to wear
Replacement bushings, inserts, and a dedicated extraction tool are available upon request to support long-term maintenance and reliability
