Hexagon Cnc Tombstones

Hexagon tombstones are designed to maximize workholding capacity with high part density, while maintaining sufficient tool clearance for three-sided machining operations. Their six-sided geometry allows for flexible part placement and improved accessibility, making them ideal for high-volume, multi-operation setups. When a smooth, featureless surface is not required, our hexagon tombstones are available with a variety of grid patterns, including the industry-standard 2″ grid, T-slots, or fully customized configurations.

Compatible with both 1/2″ and 5/8″ systems, offering grid holes, precision bushings, and threaded inserts for versatile fixturing
Hardened, threaded inserts enable secure clamping at every grid point and can be quickly replaced when needed, ensuring long-term durability
Precision-ground, heat-treated bushings are accurately positioned to provide consistent, repeatable part alignment and excellent wear resistance
Replacement bushings, inserts, and extraction tools are available upon request to support easy maintenance and continued performance
