Double Angle Cnc Tombstones

Double Angle tombstones are ideal when increased surface area is required, enabling efficient two-sided machining operations. These tombstones offer enhanced versatility for setups where access to multiple faces is necessary while maintaining rigidity and precision. If a smooth, unfeatured surface is not preferred, our double angle tombstones can be configured with various grid options, including the industry-standard 2″ grid, T-slots, or fully customized layouts.

Compatible with both 1/2″ and 5/8″ systems, featuring grid holes, precision bushings, and threaded inserts for flexible workholding
Heat-treated, threaded inserts provide secure clamping at every hole position and are easily replaceable to extend service life
Hardened, high-accuracy bushings are precisely located to ensure repeatable part positioning and excellent resistance to wear
Replacement kits for bushings and inserts, along with a dedicated removal tool, are available upon request for convenient maintenance
