Cross Column Cnc Tombstones

Cross tombstones are designed to minimize tool clearance, enabling workpieces to be positioned closer to the spindle for improved rigidity and efficiency. These tombstones support three-sided machining operations, maximizing productivity in multi-face setups. Depending on your specific application, parts can also be mounted on the corner surfaces for added flexibility. If a smooth, unfeatured surface is not required, our cross tombstones are available with various grid options, including the industry-standard 2″ grid, T-slots, or fully customizable configurations.

Key Features

Compatible with both 1/2″ and 5/8″ systems, offering grid holes, precision bushings, and threaded inserts
Heat-treated, threaded inserts enable secure clamping at every grid point and can be easily replaced when necessary
Hardened, high-precision bushings are precisely positioned to ensure accurate part alignment and long-term durability under heavy use
Replacement kits for bushings and inserts, along with a dedicated removal tool, are available upon request
