Consoles Cnc Tombstones

Consoles are utilized to achieve adjustable support heights, enabling machining on up to four sides of a workpiece. When a smooth, unfeatured tombstone surface is not preferred, our cube tombstones can be equipped with various grid systems, including the industry-standard 2″ grid, T-slots, or custom configurations.

Key Features

Grid patterns with holes, bushings, and inserts are offered for both 1/2″ and 5/8″ systems
Hardened threaded inserts provide clamping capability in every hole and allow for fast, simple replacement
Precision-ground, hardened bushings are precisely positioned to ensure accurate workpiece alignment and excellent wear resistance
Replacement kits for bushings and inserts, along with a dedicated removal tool, are available upon request
